About these terms

General information
Website material and resources are general education. They do not consider your individual circumstances and are not a borrowing assessment, loan approval, personalised product recommendation, or legal or tax advice. Seek appropriate advice before making a financial decision. Authorised Credit Representative No. 577447.
No guaranteed outcome
Loans are subject to lender assessment, eligibility, fees, terms and conditions. Information about government assistance is subject to eligibility and change. Pre-approval is conditional and does not guarantee finance for a particular property. We do not promise approval, savings or a particular rate.
Using the starter tool
The tool selects prepared educational content using simple inputs. Location, budget and timeframe do not produce a personalised financial assessment or property advice. Visitors can view a checklist without providing email. Email is required to receive a requested resource. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but information, external links and services can change. Check current information with the relevant authority, provider or EHL before relying on it. Contact us if you notice an error. The website may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Nothing in these terms excuses obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Resources and intellectual property
You may access, save and print EHL resources for personal, non-commercial use. Keep authorship and disclosure information intact. Obtain permission before reproducing or distributing material commercially, modifying it for publication or using our branding. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate others, send malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the site or other visitors. Do not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.
Links and third-party services
External links are provided for convenience. Linking does not guarantee the accuracy of external content or endorse every product or service. External providers have their own terms. Booking an introductory call does not mean finance has been arranged or approved.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including applicable rights under Australian consumer and financial services laws.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and date. Updates apply to future website use and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or change a separate agreement. These terms are governed by Western Australian law and applicable Australian law, without limiting any mandatory protections or forum rights.
